Our account manager keeps your payment safe in our business account, and our teachers get paid weekly. If something changes and you decide you would no longer like to continue classes with us, we ask that you firstly contact us to discuss any issues and see how we can help. Further to this we will happily refund the remainder of your balance (minus 10% bank transfer fees).
Sometimes life is busy! If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please let us know as soon as possible. In turn, our teachers will also let you know with as much notice as possible if they need to change a class. If you need to permanently change your weekly class time, you can contact your teacher directly on WeChat.
Cancellation Fees:
Within 4 or more hours before the beginning of the class - no penalty
Within 3 hours of the beginning of the class - 1 grace cancellation per month. Cancelling within 3 hours or not attending a class ("no show") for the second time, or more, will incur a penalty of 50% of the class fee.
We know that International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exams can be an important part of getting into the University of your choice. We can help you practice the speaking part of the test. With an up-to-date list of potential questions, we can repeatedly test your knowledge of all the relevant topics. Together we can help improve your responses, specific vocabulary, grammar and fluency. IELTS practice classes can be 45 minutes or 1 hour.
We have a convenient payment system through WeChat pay.
We use the Classin Application for our online classes. You can download it easily, and register using your We Chat account. A computer or tablet computer is best, but it’s possible to use a smartphone if you need!
We use up-to-date IELTS training questionnaires. We also have training manuals and ppt slides offering example answers and suggestions.
